  Since you may or may not know, you can really change what day that the build tick happens on (instead of Tuesdays). I was thinking, if we want to change the build tick at any time, right after grade 7 could be a fantastic time to do so. Here is what I am thinking: A weekend construct tick may be nice for individuals, so people who cap at the last minute have a Friday/Saturday to do it (normally less occupied with work/school), and also those who like to cap first thing have a similiar opening.
