Overview
Regardless of the fluffy nature of Animal Crossing Items this game, this community can be unbelievably rabid when something they do not like gets published. I report these things as I see them, but I see the toxic posters continue to post here and wonder if it even does any good. Like I reported somebody who had been around a thread telling people to eff off and stuff a couple weeks back and they had been posting another day just like nothing had happened. You can't ever make those kinds of people/situations move away, but you may try to lessen the possibility of these occurring by structuring things and rules around them clearly.
Another solution is a broader flair system, but folks browsing reddit via certain ways do not even see flair unless they specifically allow it so you'd have to accept that was flawed in the get-go.
Ultimately I do not think any specific subjects or articles in this sub have to be banned. I think they will need to be ordered in a manner that users who don't need to see them may choose to filter them out or ignore them.
I feel like blending questions and codes would be a little bit of a mess, personally. Should you see codes in the questions thread they can be reported and we could clean them up when we view it. Additionally, as for news events, we do sticky Update Megathreads when they come around. Can there possibly be more like pre-update stickies/update statements? I think so. But honestly, I'd like to free a tacky slot eventually.
As for how I would like the subreddit moderatedI want to keep it relatively light-hearted. I wouldn't mind more or less rules. I just don't want it to be overly strict, I don't think strict principles apply nicely to some typical Animal Crossing subreddit.

First, toxicity is something that I absolutely don't want here. I'm going to be entirely honest here however, I know your second stage. And I will admit for awhile, there has not been a lot of active moderation here, only being 1-2 busy mods at a few points. RecentlyI sat down for some time and Nook Miles Ticket caught up together with all the monstrously deep queue. That is why I'd love to have some new moderators, so the busy ones don't get burnt out and things fall behind again. So please, keep reporting.
