  I played with both, admittedly wayyyy longer in DAoC and it was the only game possibly bar Warhammer that aion classic kinah buying came close to DAoC PvP, just frontier design areas that's open PvP. Shame there are no EU servers or would give it another go.

  Believe u might be right! In that case... With forward momentum u do more dmg and while in mid air un have your hand free for additional keybinds/skills, since as long as u are in the air you keep moving the same direction.
  
  Also, assuming the game has auto-run/a method to both move with the mouse and then move the camera, why not just do this and you have a hand completely free to utilize your skills? It's exactly what I do in both WoW and FFXIV so as to have a hand completely free for my skills.
  
  Yea the forward momentum is a thing. Don't need to leap for it could just run ahead all the time. You can also run ahead by holding left and right mouse button simultaneously. Never got used to this through pvp, I personally went the jumping direction.
  
  Yes, look closely at the tiny arrow going upwards when a person is moving forwards. Additionally, there are various fans for cheap aion classic kinah moving sideways or backwards (and you'll see arrows moving left, rightdown to signify the buff is busy ) but I forget what they are. Not as applicable lol.
