Overview

  • That's ok by me, I played with a lot of Destiny so the cycle of"play like mad for a couple months than take a rest" is in my bloodstream. I am certainly going to playwith, but I do PSO2 Meseta have to say that if I wasn't going into it with other friends, I would be turned off with how confusing everything is. Talking to Destiny, the reddit community has written enormous wiki's and new Phantasy Star Online 2 participant guides, I am so spoiled by it I'm just shocked that nothing similar actually exists for Phantasy Star Online 2. But I guess a lot of these things do exist, but are in Japanese.

When I get hooked in, perhaps I'll take a shot at writing a guide that is short. Oh BTW? Oh, and 4-6 may be open by the time this starts. Can you believe joining nah or a server a fantastic thought? Correct, if you are bilingual in Japanese you can most certainly reference the JP wiki, but be warned it's intended for JP servers along with the content that is now available there. Hopefully in this season, more English wiki-type content will be accessible for american Phantasy Star Online 2 gamers in a more self respecting and concise manner. For now do lots of googling and youtubing.

Ships 1 have been working on Xbone so those currently have a proven community with established markets. Boat 1 usually has more of those timers whereas ship 2 has more of those old JP vets if you don't mind that. Ship 3 I hear is dead? Not sure. There is so if you simply need to join a neighborhood where everyone is starting fresh I would suggest joining those.

I have always adored Phantasy Star Online 2's aesthetic, reminds me of the Xeno series Xenosaga and Xenoblade. I remember making a dummy email to enter PSO2 back when most of Phantasy Star Online 2 was not translated, and what was there was machine translated I think.

PSO2 was fun back then, but I simply could not be bothered to play too long due to how small was translated, I loved what I played with though, and the cheap Phantasy Star Online 2 Meseta localization was among these pipedreams of mine. Crazy to believe it is finally happening. Although I worry about how the localization's success will impact localization of any type of PSO3. I can not imagine many Phantasy Star Veterens care that much about this, because they've probably been playing the Japanrsr variation this entire time.
