Bifrost is a word from Norse Mythology that is basically a rainbow bridge that connects Earth and Asgard. Lost Ark, being a fantasy game, borrows this term and incorporates it as a form of travel to help players get around Arkesia. Now, to use it, all players have to do is use Alt+W (by default), and it brings up the Bifrost menu. Then, once they're in a location that they'd like to save and teleport back to at some point, they just click on the "Save Location" button in this menu. Later, when they want to teleport back, as one would assume, all they have to do is click the "Teleport" button on that saved location in the Bifrost Menu, pay a small Silver fee, and they're taken right back. However, the Bifrost cooldown is one hour, so it's best to spread these Slots out amongst important but not necessarily frequented areas.

There are a total of 5 Bifrost Slots. For those players who are just starting Lost Ark and are noticing that they only have one Bifrost slot by default, this is by design.

Over time, two of these are unlocked through your Crystalline Arua Benefits. As you can imagine, this comes in handy, allowing players to teleport freely to two additional locations anywhere in Arkesia.

And the other two must be unlocked using Two BiFrost Keys. First, you can unlock one of the BiFrost Keys by getting your Roster Level to 60. This is done in many ways, including progressing your main character's level to 60 and gaining XP on your Alt Characters. Once you hit Roster level 60, you will unlock the achievement and earn the BiFrost Key.

The next can be earned by progressing through your Adventure's Tome and earning Ignea Token. In short, once you reach 100% completion of any zone in Arkesia, you will be rewarded with an Ignea Token which you can spend in North Vern Castle or any major city. There are 14 Ignea Tokens Total and you will need to earn 9 to unlock the 2nd BiFrost Key!
