In Lost Ark, there are different areas that unlock after you reach the requirements for them, with this new update that has just been released, players can access the new area of the game that was blocked. While many players are still trying to upgrade their gear to the maximal level, others already have completed most of its content and will be thrilled to discover the new South Vern continent to uncover its story and secrets.

How to Get to South Vern
First of all, you need a Tier 3 character at Item Level 1340, who has also completed Punika. After you complete Punika and have the correct Item Level, you should get a quest allowing you access to South Vern. You don’t need to sail to anywhere new, either.

After you’ve achieved both of these requirements what you need to do next is open your Quest Journal and there’ll be a quest for you regarding the South Vern. You cannot dock at South Vern without doing that quest and the name of the quest will be “[Guide] Guides: South Vern.”

After accepting the quest, track the quest by the compass logo and it’ll take you to North Vern. Go inside the Magick Society and head straight up to the stairs and when you reach the Magick Scholar you’ll complete the quest. Simply head to North Vern.

If you don’t see that quest in your Guide tab, it either means that you already accepted it and it was moved to your “In Progress” tab, or that you don’t meet the quest requirements.
